Our History

Incorporated in March 1997, ValleyWood Remanufacturing has seen tremendous growth since.

ValleyWood started as a "Ma and Pa operation" in Coldstream B.C. just east of Vernon with 4 employees and 2 machine centers and has now moved to 2 locations on over 20 acres in Lavington and Lumby B.C. Valley Wood now has 60 emloyees and is a division of the Tebo Group of Companies.

The Tebo Group includes Tebo Mill Construction, Tebo Mill Installations, Fraseveiw Fabrication and ValleyWood.

Originally providing custom millwork services to local mills and lumber wholesale companies. ValleyWood today provides those same custom services as well as producing a line of Cedar products that includes Cedar Grilling Planks, backyard furniture, garden products, fencing and much more.
